Mini Pizzas with Roasted Pizza Sauce

• • 1. Roast the pizza sauce veggies at 200°C for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Blend to form the puree and add in the ketchup, oil, Zaatar, salt and pepper to create the perfect Pizza sauce.
  • 3. Add yeast to warm water. Mix the powdered milk to the flour and stir in the yeast mixture. Add in the sugar, vegetable oil and salt and whisk until well mixed.
  • 4. Cover and set aside for 10 min.
  • 5. Then, roll the dough into small balls and place them on an oven tray over baking paper.
  • 6. Flatten the balls with your fingers and then add the sauce and the toppings.
  • 7. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  • 8. Sprinkle the shredded The Three Cows Mozzarella Cheese and return to the oven.
  • 9. Bake till the cheese is melted and golden.
  • 10. Serve warm.
