Irresistible Baked Feta Pasta

• • 1. Put the olive oil in a baking dish.
  • 2. Add the garlic, tomatoes and oregano - then mix well.
  • 3. Make a space in the middle of the tomatoes then add the TTC White Cheese Full Fat block.
  • 4. Add the chili flakes and drizzle olive oil over the cheese.
  • 5. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
  • 6. Meanwhile, cook pasta over medium heat for 10-12 min.
  • 7. After the 30 minutes is over, broil for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese turns golden.
  • 8. Remove from the oven, smash the cheese and mix it with the tomatoes and all the juices to make a sauce.
  • 9. Add your pasta and stir to coat it well.
  • 10. Serve and enjoy.
